Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received.


Delivery Time:

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.


Shipping Carrier:

We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on your location and order size.


Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.


Tracking:

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information (where applicable).


Missed Deliveries:

If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange redelivery or collect from the local depot.





Refund Policy



Due to the nature of our safety products, we operate a strict no refund or return policy, except where the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.


Please note:


  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or activated.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
  • Refunds are only issued at our discretion in cases where a replacement is not possible.
